Essential practice for drawing the human form

These weekly non-instructional classes provide artists with the opportunity to sketch and draw the human figure from live models. Classes begin with short warm up gesture studies and progress to more sustained poses.

Space is limited to ten participants.

Morning: Mondays, 10am-12pm (sessions start at 10am sharp) • January 11, 18, 25, 2016 (3 weeks) • $30

Evening: Wednesdays,  7-9pm (sessions start at 7pm sharp) • January 13, 20, 27, 2016 (3 weeks) • $30

(Cost: $10 per week, registered by month)

Winter Storm Policy

In the event of inclement weather (current or incoming), SJAC reserves the right to postpone workshops, to be re-scheduled for a later date – where possible, extending the session for a week on the same day/time.

Daytime classes, Mon-Fri: On weekdays, if school is closed in Anglophone School District South, SJAC classes for the day are cancelled;

Evening classes, Mon-Fri: In the case of incoming afternoon storms when school has not been cancelled in the morning, a decision will be made by no later than 4PM.

Saturday classes: A decision on morning classes will be made by 9AM; afternoon classes will be made several hours in advance.
