Statement

One image. One image to define an idea, an idea of uniformity, singularity. A refined single image that has one single idea, monotheism, monophotographica, 1/1, the only one. For me it is less about the image and all about the one print. There won’t be another, the digital file was trashed, and the trash was emptied. No files were burned but all test prints have been. One image, this is it; once this one is gone there will be no other the same, maybe imitated but never duplicated. One image, one stick, one rock, one earth, one image.
